ARVENA Kongress Hotel – Hotel in der Wagnerstadt

Fantastic hotel, every little thing is close. Staff are super friendly and useful and speak excellent English. You will discover activities each and every evening and it´s an excellent way to socializing with persons. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only problem was my bed for being a tiny bit squeaky but that’s extremely slight. Wonderful value for the price!

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the personnel at the reception were available at every time. The beds had been cozy and the people in the hotel were being generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was off and on, couldn´t fix it at the end. I have booked the room for 6 days with my husband. Beds were being comfy and the room was constantly clean. The employees were being really useful and friendly and constantly made us feel like home. Rooms are big and the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean and also the shower was excellent. Not a very social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

There is just one point I might propose going ahead and that is to offer more hotel amenities, shower gel especially. Over-all, We were more than happy with this stay and would certainly endorse it to everyone aiming to visit Bayreuth.
